1. Scope
These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online store of nia + fyn (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Offer
nia + fyn is a curated concept store offering jewellery, accessories, selected garments, and lifestyle items from independent brands based in Cape Town.
All products are carefully selected. Due to the handcrafted nature of many items, slight variations in color, shape, or material may occur and do not constitute defects.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes (if any), excluding shipping costs.
We accept the following payment methods:

TWINT
Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Switzerland.
Delivery times are indicated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated separately.
5. Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
The following items are not eligible for return:
Worn or damaged items
Items without original packaging or tags
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings), if opened or worn
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact hello@niafyn.com.
7. Defects & Claims
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

8. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of nia + fyn or its partners and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of nia + fyn, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
