Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Switzerland.
Delivery times are indicated at checkout. In general delivery times take 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated separately.
Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings), if opened or worn
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
